NEW PARTS
We aim eventually to produce or source parts for the GL1000, GL1100 and GL1200 that are either very difficult or impossible to find new through the normal channels. More parts will come into this catagory as the bikes get older.
Where possible, we will offer an improved version. Things have changed a lot since the GL1000 was first designed in the early seventies; better design, improved or alternative materials etc.
Others have been hard at work producing some very nice stuff, some of which you will find supplied from here and on the Links page there are other sites featuring parts that we feel you are better served with by being supplied direct.
USED PARTS
These will usually have been cleaned, inspected and passed as 'fit for the purpose with some input from the buyer'. No remedial work done to them, but they will not be junk!
However, please remember that this is only my opinion; your assessment may differ!
Having said that, we will always try to resolve any problems first, but in general, no returns on used parts.
The descriptions of the parts will be as accurate as I can make them and, where possible, there will be pictures of the part.
If you require additional information or pictures, please contact us first before purchasing. We will always try to help in that way.
Please remember that photos can make the parts look better than in reality.
The used parts we supply can be anything up to 46 years old! And they have usually been on a motorcycle in all weathers for that period.
Please do not expect them to be anything like new! If you want NEW parts, you need to BUY new parts (if you can)!
A lot of good used Goldwing parts are also being thrown away due to the inability or unwillingness of the owners to refurbish them.
If you have such parts, let's do a deal so that they can be recycled.
What may seem like a bit of scrap today will be tomorrows rocking horse pooh! It's surprising what can be done to turn apparent scrap to good parts with a bit of effort!
So, in the light of all that, go dig out all the old GoldWing stuff you no longer need, email me with what you have and let's get together to get that part out there to someone who is desperate for it.
Although this is a commercial site, the main impetus is to keep as many of our amazing dinosaurs in good health! You can do your bit too!
PLEASE REMEMBER WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE 'FOR SALE' PARTS AND THEIR PRICE, SOME OF THESE ARE OF NECESSITY MANUFACTURED IN SMALL BATCHES AND THEREFORE WILL COST CONSIDERABLY MORE THAN WHEN HONDA MADE MILLIONS.
Terms and Conditions
NEW PARTS
Returns are accepted on new parts, please make contact within 7 days of receiving your item(s), in line with UK Distance Selling Regulations.
They must be returned unused and in their original wrapping within 14 days. Return postage costs will not be reimbursed unless we have supplied a part in error.
Sorry, we do not allow returns on electrical parts.
'Signed-for' PARTS
These should be checked on arrival for shipping damage. If this is not possible at the time, please sign as 'unchecked' .
USED PARTS
No warranty is offered or implied on used parts.
They will have been cleaned and thoroughly inspected to ensure they are fit for the purpose. No remedial work will have been done to them, but they will not be junk!
Photo's show the condition of the item, but remember that things often look better in photos than in real life.
Used parts are non-returnable, unless we have supplied the wrong part, so please ask any questions before purchasing.
Any problems with parts received should be notified to us within seven days of receipt.
We reserve the right to repair, replace or reimburse if parts are found to be faulty, at our discretion.
In all cases, if you have any problems, please contact us first within the stipulated time period.
Return postage costs will not be reimbursed unless we have supplied a part in error.
Shopping and Shipping
PAYMENT
We only use Paypal as the payment method. We use this method of payment as it is safe and gives both you (the buyer) and us (the seller) protection.
You do not need a PayPal account to do this, only an email address and a credit / debit card. There will be a PayPal fee added to the invoice of 2% for domestic (UK) purchases or 3.4% to include cross-border currency exchange fee.
Prices are in US Dollars ( $ ) or British Pounds ( £). We do not accept any other currency. Paypal will automatically convert your currency to these.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Please appreciate that shipping charges are not simply the carriage. If the parts are bulky, heavy or expensive, they may require careful and heavy packaging in order to deliver them safely to you, especially for International orders. You may also need insurance on expensive or rare parts.

SHIPPING:
Large or heavy parts are sent by an appropriate courier.
(Please ensure that there will be someone available at the designated home or work delivery address to receive your parcel.)
Large packets and / or more expensive parts will be sent by 'Recorded' delivery in the UK .
(Please ensure that there will be someone available at the designated home or work delivery address to receive your parcel.)
Other delivery options (ie Next Day delivery) can be arranged on request.
Small items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post for customers within the UK.
International Shipping:
All small International purchases from the UK will be sent by Royal Mail First Class delivery with no tracking.
We can also send by Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service which tracks to your mail service. This is more expensive but safer.
Safer door to door 'Airsure' delivery, which tracks to your door, can be arranged on request but only available for certain counties with the requisite postal infrastructure.
(Please ensure that there will be someone available at the designated home or work delivery address to receive your parcel for 'Signed for' and Airsure packages.)
