shopping and shipping

Once you have added your items to the shopping cart please use PayPal to pay for your items. We use this method of payment as it is safe and gives both you (the buyer) and us (the seller) protection. You do not need a PayPal account to do this, only an email address and a credit/debit card.
(Of course, alternative methods can be arranged if necessary.)

SHIPPING CHARGES
Please appreciate that shipping charges are not simply the carriage. Sometimes the parts require careful and heavy packaging in order to deliver them safely to you, especially for International orders.

SHIPPING:
Large or heavy parts are sent by an appropriate courier.
(Please ensure that there will be someone available at the designated home or work delivery address to receive your parcel.)

Larger and more expensive parts will be sent by 'Recorded' delivery in the UK or USPS Mail in the USA
(Please ensure that there will be someone available at the designated home or work delivery address to receive your parcel.)
Other delivery options (ie Next Day delivery) can be arranged on request.

Small items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post for customers in the UK or USPS Priority Mail for those in the USA
 
All small International purchases from the UK will be sent by Royal Mail 'International Signed For' delivery which tracks within the UK only.
(Please ensure that there will be someone available at the designated home or work delivery address to receive your parcel.)
Safer door to door 'Airsure' delivery, which tracks to your door, can be arranged on request but only available for certain counties with the requisite postal infrastructure.

If your part is either heavy or expensive it may require extra packaging and/or insurance depending on your location.

If you are selling parts to us, we recommend that you use the company link below. We can arrange pick-up from almost anywhere, both in the UK and the USA through their huge list of couriers.
